Wales – part 2

As I mentioned in the last travel post, we spent some time in Mold, Wales and then in Ruthin.  It was very, very cold and to our surprise on one of the mornings, we woke up to a winter wonderland!!!! What a special treat!  Having come from Israel, we hadnt seen much snow in the past few years so this was extremely fun.  The children of our host family were on holiday and so we spent the next few days playing outside and then hurrying in to warm up and then back out again in the cold, crisp air.  What fun!

It was also just a refreshing time, with wonderfully generous people who loved God and their church family.  We were so sad to leave and yet, even in this freezing cold place, our hearts were warmed and cheered and we were ready for our next adventure…..
